Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure. Organisation owners and admins decide who has access and can remove people at any time.

Your content

Your organisation owns what it puts in The Workspace. We only access it to run the service, to keep it secure, or when the law requires.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, malware, or attempts to access other organisations' data.
• Don't store personal data you have no right to process.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but it is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
